Imposter syndrome can be a drag.

What does it even mean?

Imposter syndrome refers to self-doubt. Self-doubt is probably one of the biggest threats to your success.

  • What if I fail?
  • What will people think of me?
  • What if no one cares?
  • What will I say?

These are all questions we ask ourselves when we feel scared. The fear of failing is inherent when we begin any new venture, try a new skill, or leap out of our comfort zone.

Let’s learn to be comfortable with being uncomfortable.

Read that twice. It’s so important.

Be comfortable with being uncomfortable.

Have you heard of the latest and greatest trend: cold plunges? They’re an exceptional way to train your mind to do something it doesn’t want to do.

No one enjoys the ice-cold water…but they do it anyway.

Why? Because when you tell your mind to do something, it does it, no matter what.

Cold plunging is a way to train your brain to be comfortable with being uncomfortable.

It sounds weird, I know. Our brains are telling us to do two different things.
